Each individual may hold only one registered account on ct99. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ct99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify ct99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account. ct99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
ct99 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable compliance standards. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other government-issued identity documents, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill issued within 90 days), and confirmation of payment methods used for deposits. ct99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal capabilities until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
All financial transactions on the ct99 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ct99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.
Deposits are credited to your ct99 wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds. ct99 does not accept cash deposits. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
ct99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank) may apply their own charges. ct99 accepts no responsibility for third-party transaction fees.
All bets placed on ct99 — whether on sports markets including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, or other sporting events, or on casino games including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots and other titles — are subject to these Terms and to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the ct99 platform.
By placing a bet or initiating a gaming session on ct99, you confirm that:
ct99 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in odds compilation, evident errors in game outcomes, system malfunctions, or where ct99 has reasonable grounds to suspect manipulation or collusion. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the relevant accounts.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on ct99 and are displayed at the point of wagering. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at ct99's discretion, including for accounts identified as receiving undue advantage through systematic betting patterns.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the ct99 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:
ct99's aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, verified account balances will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements and applicable deductions.
ct99 reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ct99 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the email address or mobile number registered on their account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the ct99 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ct99 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and ct99, you should first contact ct99 support to seek an informal resolution. ct99 aims to resolve all customer disputes within 15 business days of formal notification. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
You may not bring a claim against ct99 more than 12 months after the cause of action arose. Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
